Turn on the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on your smartphone (Only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi). 3. Why did I fail to connect with the APP? - Ensure you have downloaded the correct app. It is only compatible with Lepro+ app, so please type the entire name including the "+" when you search in the app store. (Do NOT download the "Lepro LampUX" app, which is not compatible).
Why should we download the Lepro+ APP, not the Lepro LampUX app? - The "Lepro+" APP has a new architecture and AI Generated Lighting algorithm to enhance the user experience. The old Lampux App doesn't support current AI features. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Do I have to turn on Wifi and Bluetooth before connecting? - Yes, both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth must be turned on before connecting. Otherwise, it may cause you to not search for the device or fail to connect. It's also best to keep both on during use to ensure proper functionality.
Why does the connection fail even when I turn on the wifi? - Please check if you are using 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. The LED strip lights only support 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, not 5GHz.
Is it extendable? - No, the AI LED strip lights are not extendable. The controller program is designed to match the specific length of the LED strip, and extending it may result in compatibility and performance issues.
